5.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Withdrawing the deposited amount before completing the wagering requirement will result in the associated bonus being cancelled.
• Winnings earned using a bonus are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device is not permitted.

5.3 Other Promotions

Birthday bonuses, referral benefits, or seasonal offers will be governed by the specific terms published on the promotions page.

The dgb33 parts VIP program has three tiers. Cashback on weekly net losses is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses.

For example, if a Silver member's net loss in a given week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140. Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's overall participation and activity on the platform.

6.1 VIP Terms

• Cashback is generally credited to the account after each week.
• VIP status and benefits are non-transferable.
• VIP status may be cancelled if terms are violated.
• dgb33 parts reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

7.1 General Gaming Rules

dgb33 parts offers various types of games including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games. Separate rules apply to each game category, which are displayed on the relevant game page.

• All bets are final — once confirmed, they cannot be cancelled.
• Incomplete rounds or bets due to technical errors may be considered void.

7.2 Betting Limits

9.1 Closure at User's Request
